Our Story

At the beginning, we had a simple goal: to enjoy playing music. It was astonishing how much fun we had from playing together, despite being amateur musicians. Our passion for music and the bonds of friendship deepened as a result of this shared experience. We were even happier when we reached out to the local community, performing at senior houses, festivals, and holiday events.  Practicing with friends is fun, but nothing beats the feeling of bringing smiles to peoples’ faces with our music.

In the summer of  2022,  four music-loving friends got together to play a piece of music they all loved. What started as a simple fun chamber group evolved into a vibrant organization called Senza Sordino.

Now, it is our mission to extend the same joy not only within our own community but also into yours. We call for all young musicians-in-practice to join Senza Sordino and spread the joy of music in a way that speaks to them.
